Dr Anita Devi:

Anita Devi is a published author, speaker and researcher in the UK and overseas. Within the SEN arena, Anita has experience in strategic development, project/change management, school leadership, local authority work, academia, research, consultancy and SEN Online training.

Steve Pendleton:

I am a former teacher and leader in secondary schools and worked for Warwickshire CC in several senior roles including school improvement adviser, Head of the Virtual School for Children Looked After and SEND commissioner. I am currently carrying out doctoral research at the University of Wolverhampton, looking at the link between motivation and academic performance of students with low socioeconomic status. I am also a consultant, specialising in leadership and SEND, working for TeamADL, and the governor of two Warwickshire schools
