An experienced teacher, phase leader, English subject leader, learning & teaching adviser and trainer, Andy has worked in education in Peterborough for over 30 years.

Andy has a proven track record in supporting teachers, teaching assistants and middle leaders to develop their roles. He always works hard to ensure that support packages are tailored precisely to schools' needs. He has a wide range of skills and expertise and is happy to work with practitioners on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, or larger whole-school groups.
