We are delighted to be working with Education Works to bring you NurturingTalk@Primary (NT@P) during Summer term 2021.
Led by Clare Reed, NT@P is a targeted and flexible intervention programme to develop children's language and thought processes, helping them to talk effectively with other children and adults. It is designed to be used with children with social, emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties, initially on a one-to-one basis but moving on to partner work and then being able to operate successfully in small groups. Each child will have a different time scale working with the programme depending on their personal needs and developmental stage.
Who? SENDCOs and colleagues working in Nurture Groups or based in the classroom working with children with SEMH difficulties
When? June 15th, 22nd and 29th 2021 from 15.30-17.30. NB - please attend all sessions
How much? £75 per person –excluding the cost of the NT@P training booklet and talk frameworks with Widgit symbols, (price £40+P&P). 10% discount if 4 people attend from 1 school.
At the session we will also explore the TalkingPartners@Primary programme for 2021 into 2022.
