Overview

All our SEND Leaders Connect Advance Networks gives attendees four fundamental benefits:

  • Access to a private interaction group. This enables participants to stay in touch in between meetings and to raise questions.

  • Access to our monthly bonus meetings, at no extra cost.

  • Each termly meeting, we pick a school name out of the hat and the school receives up to £100 resources.

  • The termly meetings themselves include a leadership slot, a case study to collaboratively develop identification and provision allocation skills plus a focus on an area of need. The materials are designed to help you train your teaching staff back at school. We believe the best support happens in the classroom, so a strong emphasis is placed on developing your teaching team.

Non Partner schools: £275.00 plus VAT for all 3 sessions

About The Course

All our SEND Leaders Connect Advance Networks gives attendees four fundamental benefits:

Access to a private interaction group. This enables participants to stay in touch in between meetings and to raise questions.

Access to our monthly bonus meetings, at no extra cost.

Each termly meeting, we pick a school name out of the hat and the school receives up to £100 resources.

The termly meetings themselves include a leadership slot, a case study to collaboratively develop identification and provision allocation skills plus a focus on an area of need. The materials are designed to help you train your teaching staff back at school. We believe the best support happens in the classroom, so a strong emphasis is placed on developing your teaching team.

Pre-network: We will send out a survey to ask if the SENCOs have any specific issues, they wish to discuss

Each session would include:

  • discussion on a case study (improving identification skills)

  • focus on an area of need

  • operational / strategic leadership

  • SENCO wellbeing

At the second meeting in the year (Spring), we will draw a school name from the hat and as part of our not-for-profit commitment, the school will receive up £100 resources. Schools have access for 1 person to any SLCA Bonus events we put on and a secure online forum in-between session.

What Teachers Say

A huge amount of gratitude as the course has been so helpful in not only my SEN knowledge but also managing well-being. I look forward to other Learning Partnership courses with her.
