Overview

Cafés for All® Parent Pods are designed to be run by parent, family and/or pastoral support staff, with the timings, session length and frequency to be decided by each school. Parent Pods enable schools to build on their current practice in engaging and supporting all parents/carers. Cafés for All ® Parent Pods use a proactive group approach, benefitting both parents/families and school staff. The training explores how this can be done both face to face and remotely so that all parents/carers are able to engage with the support and become enabled to use this. The half day training is followed by a one hour online discussion a term later to share progress and ideas.

About The Course

  • Access suggested guidance and information for sessions on specific topics such as supporting the anxious child, developing resilience, dealing with debt
