About the Programme Leader

Ginny is an educator with over 30 years in education as a classroom practitioner, SENDCO and Headteacher. She is currently SENDCO of 4 schools in Northamptonshire as well as being the author of 'Independent Thinking on Being a SENDCO' and a National Keynote speaker.
