Overview

This series of online, interactive sessions focuses on providing leaders with the opportunity to consider each of the judgement areas within the current Education Inspection Framework, asking the question, 'How can I make my evidence stack up to ensure we meet each good bullet point securely and consistently?'

Within the training, leaders will:

  • develop an understanding of good practise in each area, and will also consider what less effective practise might look like

  • consider how such information and evidence might be presented in their self-evaluation document

  • consider how inspectors may use inspection activity to triangulate the evidence they need to collect

  • discuss and consider approaches that might be regarded as exceptional

Thursday 19th September - Behaviour and Attitudes (Inc. a focus on Attendance)

Wednesday 9th October - Personal Development

Wednesday 20th November - Quality of Education 1
