In this session we will look at how to manage a food classroom safely and effectively. There will be a sort intro in Food safety and hygiene and outline what subjects leaders need to have in place to teach the subject safely

Outcomes: Be able to confidently complete a risk assessment as subject leader and where to resources equipment and ingredients. This session will also signpost you to the correct Health and Safety training needed.
