Overview

Are you confident that Ofsted would be satisfied with the planning and delivery of the Computing curriculum in your school?

Ofsted are looking at “ how leaders have ensured that the subject curriculum contains content that has been identified as most useful, and ensured that this content is taught in a logical progression, systematically and explicitly enough for all pupils to acquire the intended knowledge and skills.“

Do all your staff have sufficiently secure subject knowledge so they are confident with the teaching of the Computing curriculum?

Is the Computing curriculum taught in an 'ad hoc' manner?

About The Course

This introductory session will explore opportunities to develop staff confidence and subject knowledge as well as enabling you to identify clear progression for the computing curriculum throughout KS1 and KS2 in your school.

This will be delivered as a presentation followed by a Q and A session.
